Service As an answer to citizens request, for optimization of the collector service that has the responsibility of cleaning the streets, the city council pulled a new waste collector service. The goal was to get a cleaner and organized city. With this new system, the city council wanted to develop a tool that would allow neighbors to coordinate the waste delivery, so the trash remains less time on the streets. The solution was to develop a mobile app so neighbors can see trucks locations and time remaining to pass through their homes. Actually the project was a collaborative engagement that involved Incluit and Junar (Open Data Platform).

Mobile Pharmacies

The Chilean government wanted to centralize certain information and to make it available to citizens. This information aimed to increasing citizen involvement in the different action plans. In this project, the module developed handles information about open pharmacies from a particular region in Chile, their contact information, how to get to them and open hours. JUNAR and IncluIT worked together in the solution, which ended up being an Android application that enabled pharmacies localization and reporting of non compliant schedules.

Bikes Providencia

A mobile application for locating bicycle paths in the Chilean city of Providencia including traffic status, points of sales and repairing. It allows users access of data through their mobile devices based on the location.

Analytics

The application offers an API to web and App developers that allows the system to gather information about the users, their apps, web sites and how they interact over time, and then analyzing the information to generate statistics. Enabeling an app or website owner to track the usage of information on his particular projects by just linking into library.

CELL PHONE NETWORK MAINTENANCE TICKET ASSIGNMENT

Tickets Integration

The client needed to solve an employee communication issue regarding pending tickets (issues or incidents). This required that the employees responsible for repair and maintenance had to review all ticket notifications in order to know which tickets were assigned to their group, making the process unproductive. A mobile Android App was created for the use of the maintenance and field group. The app senses the user location and profile in order to assign support tickets from a Remedy repository.

DATA GATHERING

Sensing

The customer needed to develop different modules to capture and make information obtained from the cell phone sensors more semantic in order to develop a library useful for the community of developers worldwide. The library was developed to obtain all types of information from mobile devices: battery information, device information, text messages sent and received, detailed information of the person’s physical activity (walking, running, etc.), terminal’s position obtaining calendar and contact information, etc. This is all sent to the cloud to allow inferring actions through a complete analysis of all the information collected.

IPTV Multiscreen Frontend

A Multiscreen Front-end that supports several mobile platforms, STB and web clients. This project created several native Android and IOS, web and STB clients. Apps were integrated with DRM servers for playing secured HLS. In order to provide better VOD and live TV recommendations, the apps gathered user data sending it to backend APIs.

DATA SYNCHRONIZATION

Mobile Development

Safe Family is a multi-platform hybrid web-based parental control application that provides protection and control of the content accessible by family members. It includes parental control, family requests for additional permission and family map location. The parent’s app allows setting certain rules for web pages access and apps execution (in the case of iOS and Android), which are stored in a DB in the backend, and that are automatically pushed into the children devices. For the mobile applications, depending on the rules set by the parents, the apps would be blocked for a certain period of time.

SOCIAL NETWORKS INTERACTION DATA GATHERING
Social CRM

Interaction with social networks (Facebook and Twitter) throught their APIs in order to detect change requests and customer claims done in those networks, redirecting them to the tickets tracking system used by the Company.

True Key

It’s a password manager with biometric authentication. The application allows users to generate a master account, facilitating access to the user’s personal accounts (Google, Facebook, Hotmail, etc). The project has different mobile front-ends (Android, iOS, Windows) that synchronize the user’s information in the .NET backend, through REST services.

Full Social

The project involved the integration of OAuth providers like Facebook and Google with the Intel Identity Service Social Integration product.
